On September 22nd, Share-Net Netherlands and CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality organised a virtual thematic meeting with Share-Net members and the wider SRHR community to discuss:

  1. What does meaningful youth participation actually mean and how can organisations assess its state?
  2. What is the state of meaningful youth participation within the Share-Net network?
  3. What are challenges and best practices for effective youth-adult partnerships?

Watch this 5min-video to revisit the main takeaways from the keynote presentations and discussion with participants:

We would like to thank Roos van Kreij (Programme coordinator at CHOICE), Carys Stirling (Share-Net International intern), Filipa Oitavén (Social Researcher/Consultant for CHOICE) and all our participants for their invaluable contributions during this meeting. Furthermore, a special thank-you goes to Joan Alaboson for the creation of the doodle video!

Feel free to share the video within your network!
