The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia & Biphobia (also IDAHO, IDAHOT, orIDAHOBiT) is observed on May 17th and aims to coordinate international events that raise awareness of violations of human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.
17th of May was chosen to commemorate the decision to remove homosexuality from the International Classification of Diseases of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1990.

On IDAHOT also Dutch LGBTI community organisations and main stream organisations take action.
