Down to Zero is a partnership of the non-governmental organizations Terre des Hommes, Plan International, ICCO, Free a Girl and Defense for Children. The program is conducted in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and Brazil in Latin America and in India, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia in Asia. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a strategic partner. Down to Zero aims to put an end to the commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
