In Colombia, South America, ICCO is leading the Down to Zero program, a partnership between Defense for Children-ECPAT, Free a Girl, Terre des Hommes, Plan Nederland and ICCO. Down to Zero aims to put an end to the commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
